Pros
Exposure to music industry connects, record label landscape, and a few amazing talent executives!
Cons
Too many politics, too much nepotism (which prevents them from attaining real, great talent and effective work/work environment), some executives act as if they are still teenagers, very low compensation (maximum offer was minimum wage) especially for a multi-billion dollar company, lack of resources/internal programs for professional development, and lack of diversity/quality in interns.
