The work environment is hostile and toxic. Expectations and goals are constantly changing, making it impossible to know what success looks like. There is no HR department, so there’s nowhere to go when issues arise. Job stability is nonexistent - you could be let go at any moment without any legitimate reason or warning. Communication from management is poor, and decisions are often made without transparency or consideration for staff.
