16month pay 1500 rice subsidy monthly 8000 medical allowance yearly 5 sets of uniform yearly HMO plus 2 dependent

Cons

No overtime pay, for officers, only meal allowance of 300 per day if works on saturday/sunday, no basic pay on that day. for staff, cannot file overtime. Need approval ahead of time. Even if you render 2-4hrs after your shift, OT pay is not guaranteed Culture depends on the branch personnel.

Generous on salary offer if you have sufficient experience from other banks Positive working environment in the department. Bosses are generally friendly and approachable. Work process is generally automated and incorporated in your computer. Less physical documents needed to work. Work from home privilege once a week

Cons

Traditional company in terms of employee treatment. i.e., bosses still have an exclusive elevator, while lower ranks can only use common elevator, bosses are still isolated inside a cubicle instead of being more open. Too many rank levels to climb compared to other banks and promotion seems not generously given. i.e., lots of employees whose age seems to be too old for their rank Parking area in the building of head offices is not exclusive for employees since there are non RCBC employee tenants. You have to pay P40 for first 4 hours + P50 every succeeding hour in their BGC building.
