Pros

Free lunches Paid better than my last job Benefits are okay, I guess

Cons

Do not be fooled. Every 5 star review on here is fake. They pressure employees to submit those to inflate their rating. Overloaded staff High turnover rate Training rarely, if ever, happens They promise you can work remotely then bait-and-switch Supervisors are too busy to help Dependent on email and balkanized spreadsheet apps

Pros

- Free Lunches. - Appreciate employees as one group. - Some employees are fun to talk to. - Easy place to gain experience.

Cons

- Supervisors in certain departments take your work and pretend it’s theirs. - You get no recognition for your accomplishments unless you are a favorite employee or an LO. - Pay less than other companies but preach about employee appreciation. - A few specific employees let power go to their head and try to micromanage everything you do. - Cliquey departments, feels like high school all over again.

Mismanagement, pure and simple.

Pros

- Free lunches. - Paid better than my last job. - Benefits are okay, I guess.

Cons

- Overloaded staff - High turnover rate, few people have been here for a full year. - Training rarely, if ever, happens. I went two months with no more than one or two training sessions a week and nothing to do. - Company will dump you directly into a massive workload with no training or direction. - Inflexible hours, mandatory 9-hour days, and inability to work from home. - Management has no clear direction, supervisors are often too busy to answer questions. - Everything relies on email and a couple of balkanized spreadsheet apps that don't work together and are often spotty when it comes to uptime.
