In gerneral they care more about the quality of the people they hire, and they also look for opportunities for ALTs outside of the class (trainings and sponsored education). They are very supportive of academic work.
Cons
They don't do a lot of support for living in Japan, so if your Japanese isn't very good you might find it difficult to find support.
Some of the HR team is very rude and unkind to teachers especially when answering questions (if they answer at all).
