Not busy place. No high pressure during the year to finish anything

Cons

Low morale, place is ran with fear, no employee recognition, newbees are treated badly and CFO is very cold person. Still in paper filing world. There is no growth there. Unless you are a low caliber individual there is no reason to be there.
