Spent three years treading water for a company that doesn't invest in anyone.

The office was well-stocked with what I needed day-to-day. Paychecks arrived on time.

Cons

I started in a role and remained in that exact role for three years with zero indication of progression—there were no training programs beyond initial onboarding, no structured path to advancement, no mentorship or investment in developing anyone's skills. My coworkers and I were all just staying put. Every quarter looked like the last one, and it became clear pretty quickly that this wasn't a place that cared about building people up. Nobody told me what growth looked like here or whether it was even possible. I was stuck watching the calendar instead of watching myself improve.

My coworkers and I, we shake with fear around the managers! Not a real pro, but at least I'm not the only one!

Cons

The atmosphere was so hostile it felt suffocating that I couldn't breathe! Taking isn't allowed and if the manager sees you using your phone, you'll immediately get yelled at and be humiliated!

Potential bonuses but that's like a dream that's impossible to reach.

Cons

Management was hostile. When it's time to work, no one can speak, make noise, or even a little sound! It's very quiet, they don't allow employees talking to each other. When you have to say something even to your manager, you have to email or the chatroom and send your message. It's the weirdest!
