      Good for just freshers, No growth

      Pros

      Morning & evening Shift timings, Meal & cab facility, good work atmosphere.

      Cons

      Not a better place for language experts, if join as a fresher on low ctc then next employer will give hike on d basis of dat ctc. inspite of all that bonus & incentives. Little bit of politics, but manageable, there should be no night shifts or 6 days working.

      good learning on fare, proration, fare filing in ATPCO & amadeus etc. good free lunch/dinner, up& down cab, medium work pressure, helpful seniors, good training on fare, proration etc. good shift timing, mediclaim, paid over time and leave encashment, annual 40% bonus irrespective of performance,

      Cons

      low salary, night shift, 6 days working, no mobile on floor, no promotion as per seniority

      Old school,freshers can join just to get the experience

      Free Food,free cab,flexibility with shift changes,2 week offs

      Cons

      Lots of cons: a) Just to save taxes running aviation processes in the name of medical lab b) Using fake user ids just to get some extra money from clients. Still using user ids of those employees who have left the company 1 year back c) Not giving timely increments to employees d) HOD of one of the department do drama on the floor on regular basis just because of his personal family issues e) Supervisers do not have common sense of communication with juniors f) Too much politics g) Salary is too low compared to work pressure I think enough for now,I can give thousands of cons about this company
