The original work environment was excellent. I was able to express my ideas freely and try new things along with designing and starting a manufacturing process from the ground up.
Cons
After our department was abruptly shut down, every employee was moved to phone checking and was not allowed to talk or sit still. Essentially, it felt like a prison.
