Pros
Good health insurance for individual. Not so much for family. Great place to learn the ins and outs of the HVAC industry.
Cons
Must work there for over ten years before you receive an additional week of vacation. Poor leadership. “Good ole boys” club. If you don’t “fit in” the club, you are ousted making it very hard to be successful with the company. Did not appreciate the way the women of the office were treated.
