Pros

cool company, some people are great

Cons

Hired and let go day two. Didn't have the necessary databases or access to the need tools to be trained properly. Day one trained for 3 plus hours, taken into a 3 hour meeting. Next day still no database access, was eager to start invoicing and working in the accounting system. I caught on quickly. Was let go. and my recruiter was told I only processed 5 invoices and they need someone who process more. Their average was 100 a day. I had no AR database/software access on my computer and IT didn't have permission to load them on my computer and was waiting for another office to give them permissions. When I spoke with recruiter I let her know of what my two days consisted off. Nearly 6 hours of my time was a meeting, orientation, and getting my two computer screens to work properly and no accounting databases to work in. When the recruiter called to discuss further, manager told the recruiter she knew I didn't have what was needed. "It is what it is", she stated. Lying to my recruiter was uncalled for, thank God I called my recruiter to discuss and she called the manager back. The manager almost made it difficult or possibly impossible, for me to continue with my recruiter. During the three hour meeting the team was asked about management decisions. the team makes the calls not management. the F word was used a lot, in a corporate setting that isn't very professional.
