Pros
- great personalities and horizontal org structure - fun office, always something happening - wide range of clients - family-style working relationships - supportive, collaborative team - don't have to watch your back every moment - even former staff stay in touch due to the strong relationship and affection for the company
Cons
- ambiguous process sometimes - must be able to work in a very open-format, music-fuelled, playful office - salaries not as high as large agencies (to be expected though) but this is made up for in terms of investment into culture and team spirit
