No onboarding of any sort - which is tough if you are not familiar with the field. Lean, overworked staff - during busy season some team members worked (unpaid) weekends - one team member worked a full month straight with no weekends off. Drinking started in the am on this team and there was a strong alcohol culture - if you didn't want to get drunk you were pressured or frowned upon. HIGH turnover - one of the highest I've ever seen, it felt like someone was getting fired every week.
