Lots of good people work here. The technology stack is changing for the better but with it took a long fight.
Cons
The company has the mentality of the real estate business. The attitude favors getting things done now not right. There is basically no test team and they do not favor unit testing their software because of the time it takes. They then complain about quality when the developers have no backup in the testing realm.
One nice thing about Red Bell is that you can wear jeans to work. That's about it though. Not many pros to list.
Cons
The management is terrible. Expectations are unclear. Reviews never happen right, at least in the 2+ years I have been there. Employees are unhappy and snarky....
