very low salaries Company is a revolving door, they fire people very easily without hesitation They only care about KPIs and if you don’t do exactly what they say they will fire you they will make you work the worst jobs out there you have to negotiate the lowest rates with candidates there’s only 5-6 Sales/Delivery people that are on the leaderboards every month for you to progress here, you have to be working with the right people They have sales people there that don’t ever win new business so you end up working the worst roles known to man If you ever work there, tell them you have KIDS even if you don’t, they will give you all the time off and flexibility you want would rather jump off Big Ben then ever work for them
