Pros

Very respectful, cheerful, and kind bosses. All employees are nice and theres a culture of togetherness. Flexibility to work from home and to start earlier/ finish earlier. No heirarchical systems. Every employee treated with equal respect.

Cons

If you need structure and clear guidelines on what you need to do instead of being self motivated, some roles may not be for you.

Since the company changed the two CEOs/ Owner and brought new leaders (from within and from outside the business), it’s been a fantastic place to work. New leadership and team truly care about people and the business

Cons

Office space is a bit tired but I believe we will be moving to a better one this year.
