      Pros

      Management eager to help employees beyond only the work at hand. Received a lot of help in my time there with approaches to my work and work-life balance

      Management decisions on occasion not transparent, but emphasise this was few and far between

      Pros

      You can work remotely. Positive work environment. Amazing workmates. Everyone is nice and kind and try to help you with everything you need (professionally and personally). It is the first time I truly feel heard and understood by my colleages and my supervisors and the rest of the teams.

      Cons

      Nothing at all. Sometimes it is hard to work remotely but the company arrange great team buildings so you can have fun with all your workmates.

      * Solid P&C team that care about the workforce * Teams are built based on the client needs, which drives interesting and challenging projects to work in * Really good work environment, higher ups really have "their doors open"
