Pros
The main office looks nicer than most engineering companies.
Cons
They pay below average and recently they reduced the amount of leave and flexibility. I had been there just over three years and you would think I would atleast get 5 weeks of leave but they didn't even give that to people who worked there 5+ years. They pretend to be a "family" but will under pay you so the executive staff can travel to Florida and other places for "meetings", buy expensive toys for themselves in the office and we can't even get a real laptop. They gave us iPads for corporate computers instead of laptops. It seems others are leaving so I think I'll be out soon.
