Super cool office with brilliant engineers No politics, No bureaucracy, and focused work environment Learned Java development at its best Highly professional and offering brilliant career path Very honest and dedicated towards its employees Always open to hire back its good employees Ideal place for result oriented engineers Every employee is on his or her own career path based on performance. No need to compete with anyone except yourself.
Cons
Highly disciplined and there is an algorithm for everything except human emotions. Salaries and benefits are very good but can be further improved. Covid protocols are a bit tough.
