      Lovely team, fantastic direct manager, great opportunity to grow and gain experience.

      Cons

      - Little to no opportunity for a fair pay increase, despite continued personal and professional growth, which helped elevate the business in it's first stages of existence. - Leadership are disconnected from the people and struggle to understand, or choose not to listen to people's feedback - Nepotism in leadership team
