Typical toxic workplace. Not everyone there is but there are enough bad apples to make it worth passing over.
YOu will be expected to know how to work there with litle direction.
Poor communication. They will expect you to know how Relco does things with little direction.
They wont change to newer and more efficient ways of doing things.
