Considering all the responsibilities they give you the pay is very low. You will take on clients and transactions from beginning to end while the agent is basically a ghost and part of your job as CSM is make them look good. Be sure not to make mistakes or ask your supervisor for help as it more than likely be used against you. They treat the money makers aka the agents as celebrities and the CSMs as trash. They say they offer training but it’s not good training . Their slogan says “Make life better” but that’s meant for the sales agents NOT the CSMs who endure lots of emotional abuse. They are always hiring because there is high turn over for a reason. If Hunter Rowe sounds too good to be true it’s because it is. They are the perfect example of a wolf dressed in sheep’s clothing. If you decide to give them a chance watch your back!
