Pros
Great products, great atmosphere, job/future opportunities, great employee benefits, very healty company to work at. They offerted me a change to switch from support to development without any working experience because they new I wanted it.
Cons
Personally, I don't have cons. I've never worked at a company for such a long periode and plan to stay here mutch longer
