Cons
Some administrators do not understand the meaning of leadership, which results in an authoritarian approach to manipulate teachers. There is a top-down approach to management, and teachers are viewed as workers rather than professional educators. The biggest obstacle to overcome is breaking down silos; every program functions separately, and administration is housed in a separate building, making communication and collaboration a challenge.
