Extremely toxic work environment: starting from the owners and top management, who lack people management skills and show no care for personnel. Everyone blames someone else and hides their incompetence without offering reliable solutions to fix the issues. Many employees are overburdened as the business has increased 2-3 times in the last few years, but management refuses to hire more staff. It is a constant power struggle, even among the ownership. HR is useless, lying during the interview process, and later sending internal messages demanding that everyone smile and fake it for a few days when we have a new employee. Job security is nonexistent—if the owner thinks you've made one mistake or simply doesn't like you, you're out without any explanation. Many new hires vanish after just a few days or months, with no explanation from HR or management. There is no flexibility whatsoever, with a mandatory five-day in-office schedule. Compensation is extremely low, taking advantage of people without work, newcommers or the current job market. Stay away as much as possible!
