      You have great earning potential. They really do care about what they do.

      Everyone is great and knowledgeable but they are not necessarily great at relaying that information in training.

      Pros

      It was a fine place to work. They treat the pilots fair, and pay reasonably well for the size of the company.

      Cons

      Board of directors/ investors seem a bit backward in their thinking. Not really thinking about company growth it seems, just want the profits. REVA is 135 company, but they have started using other air carriers to do the flying part of the business for them.
