Pros

People here are really nice and helpful. The location is great (right by Olympic Village) although parking can be challenging at times. The office is new, there's coffee/latte machines, stocked fridges and the space is bright and open. There are get togethers with team members which most people participate in and beer fridays once a month.

Cons

Parking. Company and product is growing fast so be prepared for a quick moving environment.

Pay is decent, work moves quickly, lack of direction from direct management does mean freedom to decide how you complete tasks

Cons

Company is intensely disorganized with shifting priorities from the top. New CEO came on last year and quickly laid off multiple people at the very start of COVID-19 pandemic and then continued to lose/fire staff over the next year even after making record revenues. Laughably below standard vacation time.
