This company will hire you with no prior experience which is a plus because most chemical plants want a degree or 5 years experience, pay is good, you won’t get rich here but you will live a very comfortable life, insurance is nearly 100% paid for, for yourself and your family, small company so you’re not just a number, Nick is a good owner, he does care about his employees, good place to work, the guys here have been here going from 5-43 years, and it’s close from home, definitely a place to try out!
Cons
Pay raises after being certified in all positions are random, there is no annual raise, the schedule is DuPont, which is hard on your body with the rotating days and nights.
