Pros

The CO facility is wonderful to work at, and is full of great people who do their jobs well. Working in CO insulates you from some of the craziness coming out of the corporate office in NY.

Cons

Long hours, non-competitive salary. Upper level management does not value employees therefore there has been a high turnover rate for years. They micromanage and interfere with workflow on a regular basis. Investment in resources has not kept pace with recent growth resulting in necessary supplies running out creating work crises that can be easily avoided. Advice to job seekers- pay is never negotiable, take it or leave it. As currently structured there is no room for upward mobility in QC.

Pros

You get cake on your birthday. If they like you, then you get good cake. If they dont you get the grocery generic one.

Cons

Everything you can imagine for a nightmare job. Challenge your potential means do the work without complain for low pay and stay late to finish your work. Multitask means do everyones job that emailed you and then they wait for your work and claim it as their own. If the work is wrong then it's all your fault.

Few people are nice and willing to help, but overall nothing!

Cons

Everything and anything you can think about that is negative. The most traumatizing job I've ever had. Management will make you work until they don't need you anymore. Not a flexible work environment. You are not allowed to have a personal life or family life. Agree with the first reviewer about their experience. Heard about the recent event that happened. Management let their employees work during a power outage and no heat.
