The coworkers were great teammates

No support from management, rules and standards are unclear (one manager says that you are doing well, another has an issue). HIGH turnover citing "did not fit in with culture." No documentation of issues, no counseling, no warnings, no employee reviews. Management is either unsupportive or bullying and condescending. Rules are inconsistently enforced. Seeing all of the people being let go is like working in front of the barrel of the gun while playing Russian Roulette, wondering if today is the day or not. While coworkers are great, they aren't the ones who determine if you have a job or not. The environment is, overall, a toxic nightmare. Side note: carriers are still reaching out to me looking for payment on loads due to ineptitude of billing department
