I got a lot of free time to work on things in the company that I felt would give me good experience

For many years I got a few number of tasks, which can get quite boring no matter how much you could like it. I missed deadlines

Some great co-workers Interesting projects When things click on a project, it's very satisfying and fun to share that with your team.

Cons

Management is more concerned with getting credit than with getting things done. Place is driven by ego and drama. From management on up to ownership, no one has a clue -- and it's blamed on staff.
