Pros

Relatively successful 30 year old global company. Seem to attract great people (but the great ones do not stay).

Cons

There is a lack of leadership, lack of strategy and lack of respect from the CEO. Turnover is extremely high as the good people who are hired will not stay long and the others are typically terminated within 3-6 months of starting. There is a poor culture as tenured employees are used to watching new employees come and go quickly and those same tenured employees have been publicly humiliated and spoken down to for years. No opportunity for growth and a lack of management to support and develop employees. It is genuinely a sad situation.

Pros

Moderately successful company. Nice products. Seem to attract good talent but they do not stay.

Cons

The CEO is constantly creating new positions that do not last. It is impossible to be successful in a position here due to the extreme lack of leadership, lack of strategy and lack of respect from the CEO. Turnover is extremely high as the good people who are hired will not stay long and the others are typically terminated within 3-6 months of starting. In addition, the CEO fails to communicate or respond to subjects that are crucial to a timeline but somehow expects them to be done at "laser like speed." Also should be noted is extreme lack of respect that the CEO holds for tenured employees that work around the clock to make sure that the company is successful. He also humiliates his employees by blatantly ignoring them if he deems them useless and refers to fellow employees as preference to work on projects. No opportunity for growth and a lack of management to support and develop employees. It is genuinely a sad situation since the environment seems so promising at first. Only to realize how disorganized and toxic it is very fast.

Pros

Good location if you live in Long Island. And the coworkers I had were great.

Cons

The owner is extremely insecure and takes no responsibilities. He is unpredictable and cannot control his temper. He does not hold back insulting his employee in front of everyone. There is no business plan or strategy. Everything is done based on his mood of the day.
