Pros
The place is ok to start with, it's very prototypical design and very fast paced. There are various teams and you may work in different teams that work on different clients or you may just work in one. You do gain a lot of experience when it comes to the permit process because you handle it yourself.
Cons
It's very prototypical, no design. I also don't believe that pay is high enough for the amount of work that you do. No mentoring is provided.
