Great CEO. No out of pocket cost for Healthcare benefits. Workout Facility in office building. No Weekend Work Nessessary. Covered parking garage with security. 10th floor view of North Houston. Friendly and Supportive Managers. Opportunities for Upward Growth.
Cons
Having to work from the office. Small employee base with limited ability to take off work because there's nobody to cover your shifts. No 401K plan. Outdated shipment system.
