Great company with even greater people

Pros

The people here are always nice and willing to help you. Very supportive managers that are willing to help you (they can help you up to a point, after all this is not a kindergarten).

Cons

The company need to have a clear vision on the long run and they can work on their internal communication, but if you are willing to understand that they are actively working on their issues and that every company has their problems than you'll fit in just fine.

Poor Management and Disrespectful Work Environment

Extremely poor leadership and toxic culture. The owner practices heavy micromanagement, insists on being involved in all processes — even in technical areas he clearly does not understand — and often disrupts the workflow. He behaves disrespectfully towards employees, calls people just 5 minutes before the end of the workday and keeps them for hours, and frequently sends messages or calls on private phones outside of working hours, including weekends. We were expected to work overtime and weekends without fair compensation. Salaries were below market rate and promises of raises were not fulfilled. The work atmosphere was tense, and communication from management was often rude and dismissive.
