Buggy products, wrape 20 years old tech up to sell it as cutting-edge with fancy promises, not really working at all.

World leading technology, growing company, aligned with the future of construction. German / Europe business appears to be well run.

Cons

Totally dysfunctional work environment, bizarre management practices, miserly expenses policies. Zero marketing budget when entering new markets. Non existent work life balance. Global CEO is a total autocrat and surrounds himself with yes people. Relationship with Germany / China / Rest of world complete chaos. Global acquisitions have not been well integrated with heavy staff turnover.
