Lot's of politics. You never know who is spying on you in this company Gossips are more here Senior Hr head is more interested in your personal things they even don't know what is professionalism. You won't get ESI and PF here. Who doesn't work get more salary than a person working hard. Here manager or CEO don't even see your hard work only listen to the people who ever tell negative imaginary stories. Most important don't even dream of getting your salary hike. you won't get relieved soon if they only fire you. you can come else you can expect they will accept your relieving letter.
