It is a good place to start your carrier, especially if you are a student. You may gain lots of experience and hands on, if you are lucky to work in the right team. There are a number of good engineers and professionals, who would like to lead you and share there experience. Very good additional health insurance.
Cons
Due to the low salaries and very bad management lots of young, perspective and carrier oriented engineers leave the company after 0.5-2 years.
