RISE Residential has an employee rating of 2.6 out of 5 stars, based on 16 company reviews on Glassdoor which indicates that most employees have an average working experience there. The RISE Residential employee rating is 31% below average for employers within the Real estate industry (3.8 stars).
RISE has a diverse portfolio of apartment communities, and it has been great to work across such a wide range of properties. I have the opportunity to collaborate with many levels of the organization, from leasing agents and on-site teams to upper management, which allows me to learn and contribute to a variety of projects. My supervisor is extremely kind and supportive, and I have greatly enjoyed my time with RISE.
Cons
No major concerns during my time with the company.
Very little oversight as upper management does not care about on site operations. They have their own agenda for what is going on within the company. Benefits are ok. PTO is scarce. It's a great place to gain experience and then get a better job elsewhere.
Cons
Ownership and Corp management will belittle you. They will ask you to do things that make you morally uneasy. There is no culture. No teambuilding. No company togetherness or anything like that. You'll never see your "bonus".
