Pros

The company offers some perks - Catered breakfast every Friday, stocked kitchen with snacks, etc. These are all nice things, but not a reason to stay with a company.

Cons

Management will work you to the breaking point and make a lot of empty promises. Don't take their word for anything, get it in writing.

Pros

There are a lot of rooms for career advancement at Risk Theory if you are willing to put in the effort. If you are just looking for a 9 to 5 job then this is probably not the best place for you. But if you are someone who willing to put in the work you would find a lot of opportunities presented to you. Compensation and responsibilities given are definitely in parallel to the value you bring to the company. Co-workers are friendly and willing to help if you reach out.

Cons

Minimal benefits with no 401-k.

Pros

Food was always stocked... free coffee. Strong mid-level management. Strong support staff.

Cons

Outright racist and sexist comments from top executives. Young professionals are taken advantage of. Well deserving mid-level managers passed over for promotion.
