The salary is given by 10th of every month till date. Colleagues are friendly. Caretakers- These people are the only ones with human attitude and good heart, even though they are heavily controlled by management.
Cons
Management- Rarely take employee's viewpoint into consideration. They have an autocratic attitude. None of them have engineering or designing background but pretend to be know-it-all. Recently, they started an unwritten rule of keeping the original mark-sheets and certificates of new joiners with them, so that the new joiners are unable to leave their company. They conduct recruitment drives in engineering colleges only to popularise their name. Rarely any student is taken as employee. They can sac any employee for any stupid reason, without any proper explanation. They also deny giving employment experience letter on several pretext. There is another unwritten rule also- you will get release letter after completion of 6 months of leaving the company. Sometimes they give probationary release letter, if you are fortunate enough. Developers- No new ideas, or approach is ever encouraged. Developers are mere puppets in hand of management. There is one very senior Developer, he is the only person management cares to give appraisal to; rest developers appraisal is very meagre. This senior person sticks to his old ways of approaching a project. So nothing new is left to learn for the freshers. Mental pressure is given by management to complete a project, failing which they are forced to leave. Designers- Again some bunch of puppets in hand of management. No research and new ideas are encouraged. Designs are mostly copied blatantly from other apps and sites. HR- This one is very interesting profile here. You are expected to be a receptionist. You are also supposed to take care of who is keeping their shoes in/outside rack. If any candidate comes for interview, you as an HR should try to discourage them from using washrooms… and if at all the candidate uses washroom, you are responsible to keep/ make the washroom clean. Basically you are allotted all kinds of responsibilities except what HR is actually supposed to handle.Because the HR responsibilities are handled by accounts person. Accounts- The accounts person is the best confidante of Management. Once you leave the company or you are in notice period, they will harass you in every possible way to give release letter. Yet they fail to keep proper record of employee.
