      - fair compensation/good salary - fun work events - summer hours

      Cons

      - hires incompetent employees and does not let go of people that are pulling the team down and creating toxic environment for others - long hours with little to no appreciation because of unrealistic deadlines - office politics/culture

      Pros

      Flexibile work hours - only worked at RJC for less than a year.

      Cons

      Very high turn over rate. Very quick to hire and fire without reason. No notice given, no warnings. One day they will email you to see HR and the next second you’re gone. Wouldn’t recommend as there isn’t much room for growth. Once you are in a team you are stuck in that position forever.
