      Not challenging enough. Too many stragglers kept around long after they should have been let go

      Amazing salary and benefits along with internal company events.

      Cons

      Depends on your position. Be prepared to be micromanaged and possibly put on probation for something that couldn't be helped and no one will really listen to your thoughts.
