Pros

They promote from within and value loyal employees. Lots of 20+ year people. Family owned so access to management is great- friendly people- straight up business to work for.

Cons

Long hours but great pay. If you want to work hard for great pay, this is a good company to be at.

Upper management is very smart and very motivated Family business that been in this area in the auto biz since the 1920's (almost 100 years) Straight up You always know where you stand They are fair Opportunity for advancement if you are motivated in that direction I have seen them promote from within - they go outside only when there is no one to promote Open door policy on all matters If you are willing to work, you will make money

Pros

Most of the employees were helpful and friendly. Company does have a stronger pay scale in some atributes of the different divisions within a dealship.

Cons

Upper management not always fair in the way they treat employees, The company is never satasfied with even employees that are productive and profitable on a daily basis, not just once in a while.
