Where do I start? -Poor salary. A Director has the same salary as all the company, imagine... -No benefits -Bad management. Example: the CEO does not respect the employee or there are many lies in everything the directores tell you -You never get to see your paysheet (or only when you leave) -The only help you get is from your colleagues.
