I cherish the relationships I made with employees, vendors and clients.

Cons

This review reflects my personal experience during 4.5 years with RKB. During that time, frequent leadership changes led to a lack of consistency and direction. I took on increasing responsibilities and worked long hours, including personal time, yet the compensation did not feel competitive for the scope of the role. Benefits were limited, paid time off was minimal, and opportunities for advancement or additional time off were scarce. Despite the effort and time I invested, I did not feel recognized or supported. I am sharing my experience to help others make an informed decision.

Pros

Inclusive work culture, friendly colleagues, and helpful management. The recent reorganization and the introduction of a new leadership for the operations team have significantly enhanced our company culture. It's genuinely a great place to work, offering substantial growth opportunities. The only caveat is that we are a fully remote company. While this offers flexibility, I sometimes find myself missing the office environment and the camaraderie that comes with it.
