Pros

• The firm boasts a great culture where everyone, from partners to the admin team, is approachable and genuinely cares about team members. They strive to resolve any issues you may encounter. • Employees at both entry and senior levels have excellent opportunities to learn directly from knowledgeable managers and partners. • Entry-level employees are not required to choose among tax, audit, or consulting. Instead, they gain experience across various industries in tax (US and international), assurance, and consulting. This is particularly beneficial for those starting their careers.

Cons

• Busy season hours demand 56 hours per week, which is still less than most public accounting firms. • There is a lack of standardized policies and procedures, leading to inconsistent approaches. New staff members need to figure things out as they go.
