Pros
Hybrid working was acceptable. Management were really pleasant.
Cons
HR are a complete joke. I was made redundant. It happened in 3 stages and no-one could answer any of my questions. Was I going to be paid. Should I keep working. Do they need to give a hand over? There was no information. I was brought in one day told I was being made redundant. Followed up by a meeting telling me what jobs were available with in the group. That didn't particularly match my skill set. Then a final to say I didn't get those jobs and I'm now being served notice. This all could have been explained in the initial meeting.
