      None, Profit driven at expense of staff.

      Cons

      Name it. Now part of IFGL group. Every company that has been acquired has better benefits than Rl369. New contracts have the lowest pay and benefits If your gay forget it. No human resource department. 30 years behind. Everything is on the cheap. Bullying is common place and if you are not in the click, then you have no hope. Managers are not trained. Staff are treated as a commodity rather than an asset. Worked Wasted my time here.
