      There is great work life balance. They are very inclusive to all team members. They offer amazing perks throughout the year, but especially throughout busy season.

      They genuinely care about their employees and have a good work life balance.

      Cons

      It is a bigger firm so to get experience in other areas can be difficult as usually you only can work in an area if you are assigned to it.
